All products shipped by Karibean PEPS are for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or animal use. Handling, storage, and use remain the buyer's responsibility, consistent with our Legal & Compliance terms.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 business days. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Shipping cost depends on carrier: FedEx is $25, USPS is $15. We currently ship within the United States only.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the affected item(s) provided that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and provide a clear, unedited video showing the package being opened and the damaged product(s). Claims submitted after 24 hours or without the required video documentation may not qualify for replacement.
