Every purchase from Karibean PEPS is governed by the terms below. In short: our products are sold strictly for laboratory research, are not evaluated by the FDA, are only sold to qualified researchers and institutions age 21 or older, and the buyer assumes responsibility for appropriate handling and use.
By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), operated by Karibean PEPS ("Karibean PEPS," "we," "us," or "our"), and by placing an order through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase any products.

Karibean PEPS is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and does not sell prescription medications.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
Payment is processed through our third-party checkout provider. Karibean PEPS does not directly collect or store your full payment card information. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
